1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services, programs, websites, forms, or communications provided by All Stars High Adventure, Inc. (“ASHA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Mission and Services

All Stars High Adventure, Inc. is a nonprofit organization providing Christ-centered youth leadership and outdoor adventure programs.
Our services include:

  • Registration for camps and events

  • Leadership and youth development training

  • Communications and updates

  • Educational and faith-centered activities

3. Program Participation

Participation in any camp or event requires completion of all registration forms and consent documents.
Participants agree to:

  • Follow all safety guidelines

  • Respect other participants and leaders

  • Comply with instructions from program staff or volunteers

Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without refund.

4. Payments and Refunds

Camp and event fees are used to cover food, lodging, materials, and program expenses.
Payments are generally nonrefundable once camp materials or reservations have been purchased, except in cases where:

  • ASHA cancels the program

  • A written refund request is submitted and approved on a case-by-case basis

Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of All Stars High Adventure.

5. Liability Waiver

Participants and/or their legal guardians acknowledge that outdoor and adventure activities involve inherent risks.
By registering, participants agree to:

  • Assume all such risks, and

  • Release All Stars High Adventure, its officers, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation

This release applies except where prohibited by law.

6. Communications Consent

By submitting a form, providing your contact information, or opting in through our website, you consent to receive SMS, email, or phone communications related to ASHA programs and activities.

You may unsubscribe at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to text messages

  • Using the unsubscribe link in emails

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, program materials, curriculum, branding, and website content created by All Stars High Adventure are the exclusive property of the organization.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without written permission.
